1-2-1 personal training

Are you still concerned about working out in a gym.Training with me You decide how you want to train.


Here are a few options.


Train in your own home, garage or garden.

Train in the local parks.

Come and train at Pinnacle gyms in Hamilton which has everything you need to lose weight, get fit, and tone up.


I can adapt your sessions based on how you want to train.

At Redzone Fitness I know that training around others can be a bit off-putting and at peak times public gyms tend to fill up quickly making it hard to get full use of the equipment you need.


Our flexible training times mean we work around our clients needs.

No matter what your fitness goal is whether it is losing weight, getting fitter, toning up or building up lean muscle I will create a bespoke plan to help you reach your fitness goals quickly.
