The Key to your Success

The old saying that being healthy is 80% diet and 20% exercise is true. How often have you trained like hell and thought you could eat what you want and get results? 


If you can then you are very lucky.


The\re are several ways to do it. 


1- Count your calories


2- Count your macros


3-Cut out the rubbish and just eat better


Everyone maybe has their own way and of it works for you then great. How many times have you logged a couple of days on My Fitness Pal then forgot about it and couldn't be bothered. How often did you not plan your meals for the week and ended up buying a load of rubbish at the shops.


I like my clients to try and cut out all the rubbish, limit your alcohol intake, cut out the sugary foods, a lot of the processed junk and eat a healthy balanced diet. The best way is to work out how many calories you require and then log it using MyFitnessPal. That way you will see where your problems lie with regrads to your food.
